Eligibility for Returns
All rugs purchased in store can be swapped with another rug of equal value if you take the rug home and are not happy with it. As long as the rug is in the same condition as when purchased it can be swapped for another rug of equal value.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit the store or contact us via email or phone: [email protected]. Provide proof of purchase and show that the rug is in the same conditioned as when you purchased and we'd be happy to swap the rug for another of equal value

We can not offer monetary refunds do to the rugs being vintage items. But we will however offer to swap the rug for another of equal value.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any rug with another of equal value for any reason, even if the reason is that the rug doesn't look nice in your home, we will swap it for another.
Non-Returnable Items
Any items damaged after purchasing from the store are not eligible for exchange.
